Have you tried our C R O F F L E?? This delicious pastry is a hybrid between a croissant and a waffle. The croffle is a very popular item in South Korea; there are so many variations you can make with it and so many flavor combinations. This is our take on it, we hope you love it.

We have 4 main flavors to choose from, our brown sugar boba, cinnamon toast crunch, cookies n cream, and taro cream. Try them all! We will also have special flavors that will come out.

Who We are

We are a coffee and boba tea (also known as bubble tea) shop located in north Oklahoma City. Prior to opening in August of 2017, we spent the entire year compiling all the research and then went straight to testing. We had many hiccups along the way, but we got back up from it and continued to practice.

When we found the location, it was like everything came full circle. The space was exactly what we wanted without even knowing it at first. We designed everything and did majority of the labor ourselves. Every little detail you see in our cafe was meticulously thought out.

We are open now and are continually working to perfect our craft any way we can.

We can't tell you how many nights we barely had any sleep, but in the end it was all worth it. We're so happy to be here to serve our community.

What makes a good Boba Tea?

All the ingredients that goes into making a delicious boba tea are important. However, we feel two of the most important ingredients are the tea and the boba. When making boba tea, you want a tea with robust flavor, such as black tea or jasmine green tea, because other ingredients will be added in to make your drink, so you want a strong tasting tea that will continue to stand out. We prefer using jasmine green tea over just green tea because the flavor is so robust that it really is the star of the drink.

When most people think of boba tea or bubble tea, they think of those perfect little round tapioca balls that sit at the bottom of your drink. These are called boba, they are made out of tapioca starch and have a gummy-like texture. Boba takes a long time to cook and a lot of effort that goes into getting it to the right texture. We believe the perfect boba has a nice chewy texture and not too overly soft or hard. When boba has sat too long, it becomes too soft or if it’s too dry, it’ll become too hard. Boba is best consumed within about 4 hours. We don’t cook boba to last all day; we have small controlled batches of boba throughout the day for the best quality. It’s definitely more work, but we take pride in serving only what we feel is the best.

What is a milk tea?

The drink that started it all is the classic black milk tea. Traditionally this is made with black tea and shaken with a non-dairy creamer; creating bubbles on top on the tea. There are multiple versions of this drink now with so many different toppings/sinkers and flavors. Some of our customers favorite flavors are taro, almond, rose, caramel, and coconut. We have a wide range of flavors of milk teas and it’s honestly up to your preference. We sweeten it where we feel has a nice balance of sweetness and tea. If you don’t like your drinks too sweet or you’re just trying to cut back, you can always ask us to cut the sugar in quarters, half, etc. We also have sweet n low, stevia, and splenda available.

Events

We have a big space and have hosted many events with enough space for everyone to spread out. We’ve hosted anything from birthdays, to book launches, kpop cup sleeve events, and even graduations.
